Three case studies will demonstrate how programs designed for social impact can be commercially successful by strategically incorporating entertainment in their design, production, marketing and distribution. We will hear from Idi Nasire and Caroline Jacoby (CCP) on Nigerian radio, Jordan and John Riber (MDFI) about their success in African television and film and Natalia Cereser (PMC) who will present an example on the impact of a telenovela. The panel will be moderated by Saraniya Thamarajan.
